Brian E. Miller

Brian E. Miller, PhD, is Chief Operating Officer at Kindbody, the leading national fertility clinic network and global family-building benefits provider for employers. In this role, he oversees operations across Kindbody’s nationwide clinic network, driving efficiency, enhancing the patient experience, and expanding access to high-quality fertility care.

A veteran of the fertility industry, Brian brings decades of leadership experience spanning medical practice operations, business development, patient experience, and access to care. He joins Kindbody from The Center for Advanced Reproductive Services, where he served as CEO, and previously held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President at TMRW Life Sciences, Vice President of Fertility & Genomic Solutions at CooperSurgical, Chief Commercial Officer at Recombine, and Chief Operating Officer at Fertility Centers of New England.

Brian began his career at The Hospital of Central Connecticut, leading the andrology and endocrine laboratories and contributing to clinical research in infertility, osteoporosis, menopause, and reproductive surgery. He earned his PhD from the University of Connecticut.

Known for his deep operational expertise, team-building skills, and patient-centered approach, Brian is committed to optimizing Kindbody’s clinics and elevating the patient experience across the network, supporting both individuals and employers in their family-building journeys.
